Early indications are that Noreaster #4, while dropping  incredible amounts of snow on many South Shore communities, was not a big factor at the beach.  Watching the Davis Park Cameras and visiting Moriches Inlet and Smith Point indicates the tide and waves were not nearly as bad as feared.

Joey Ament lives and works in Ocean Beach and sent in some photos from this morning as Noreaster #4 pulled away.

Fortunately, bayside flooding wasn’t a big problem this time as was the case earlier in the month.
