With big help from Jim Botta, we have put together 8 pages of spectacular images captured by the Long Island Wildlife Photography group this week.
Highlights include the first Hummingbirds of the season along with a Silver Haired Bat, Rose Breasted Grosbeak, Brown Thrasher, Brown-Headed Cowbird and a rarely seen or photographed Spring Peeper. I have a bunch making a racket in my neighborhood but can’t find them.
This week’s cover goes to Tony Fanni with an excellent Bald Eagle image.
