A late October Storm followed by the hard freeze of the Great South Bay in early January has taken a toll on the Davis Park Marina.
The Marina Cam stationed on top of the Davis Park Casino captured some of the damage as it happened here:
We last visited the marina on Thanksgiving Day, click here for the last update with video and images.
On Monday, February 19th Dan Aragona and I took a ride over to check on the marina and beach.
Work has started already but as you can see below this will be a significant project. Besides the obvious damage, officials say the electrical and plumbing infrastructure took a beating as well.

Hopefully things will be back in order by Memorial Day.
