Fire Island’s constantly changing landscape is shaped by each tide, season, and year. Come explore the nature of fall and the dynamic beach environment on this 3-mile round-trip holiday hike to the wilderness breach. Dress for the weather, bring drinking water and a snack, and be prepared for walking on sand.
