Jim Simpson has been a long running member of the Long Island Sun Chasers photography group regularly featured here at Fireislandandbeyond.com. Most of the Sun Chasers are known to be light sleepers and out and about well before Sunrise. Jim somehow always seems to be the earliest bird of all with his effort rewarded with outstanding images of the pre dawn sky.
Jim has been involved with photography most of his life but kicked things up a notch after retiring from the Satellite Communication business. His specialty is chasing sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife with his Sigma 150-600mm Lens. Please follow him on Instagram and Twitter.
