The second week of January brought some wild weather to Long Island, the first significant snow of the season followed by brutal cold and then near record warmth.
From a photography standpoint, weather patterns like this are gold.
Ice on the Bay, snow on the beach and wild clouds brought the Long Island Sun Chasers out into the weather to capture some amazing images.
This week’s photos spread the lenght of Long Island from Long Beach in the West to both to the far ends of both forks to the East at Orient and Montauk.
