Best of Long Island Wildlife Photography Thanksgiving Edition

First of all, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. One of the many things I am thankful for is the Long Island Wildlife Photography group.

Every week they capture an incredible variety of local and migratory wildlife in stunning detail. If a rare bird stops by on their way south or somehow gets blown of course, it is a lock that more than a few members will find it and share it with the rest of us.

I am also thankful for the many friends I have made through the group and hope to see some of them tomorrow as we search for Whales off New York City with Gotham Whale.
