I checked out Old Inlet on Sunday morning just before the rain at mid-tide.  Visibility was not ideal with the cloud clover but as you can see in the video above and images on pages below, there is a massive amount of sand building inside the bay.  I hope to get a better look on a clear day if this weather pattern ever improves.  As far as I can tell now, it will be a challenge to get close with a boat any bigger than a skiff.
